We had a lovely week long stay with friendly front desk staff, breakfast staff and housekeepers. They offer room clean up every other day which worked fine for us. The breakfasts were delicious, with great variety, we even had a cup of hot choc each nig

The people are always friendly. Breakfast is usually good I didn't get a chance to eat it this time. A few inconvenient things were that the only place to you to walk your dogs was full of rocks and spikey shrubs. Hard to walk them with ice on the ground. It would be nice to have a small enclosed bit of grass for you to walk them. Also the $75 dollar fee is a bit high. It makes me second guess where to go. All in all a nice hotel. They were also quick to fix an unusable fridge with one that works. Very friendly maintenance men.

Nice clean hotel in a good location, room was a little on the small side and was laid out odd but it was comfortable and clean and got our needs for the night. Only complaint was the garbage pillows hotels seem to be using these days. Oh and they gave my dog a welcome bag which was adorable. Yeah all around a good choice.

I stayed at this hotel location recently as my husband was hospitalized at a local hospital. The staff at this hotel were simply wondering. They were polite, caring and attentive. From the gentleman who checked me in, to other staff members - Starr, Joy, Tequila and Rachel. This was a very busy and stressful time for me, and the entire staff made my four days experience more manageable. The hotel room was clean and I felt right at home here. The hotel was also away from a busy main road, easy to get to, so was very peaceful, and not far away from UVA. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of food options. Ample Parking was also included free of charge. What more could I ask for. Thank you Hampton Inn , India Road staff for making my stay enjoyable.

I have never stayed at a hotel that has made me feel so welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The staff are all so wonderful and polite and helpful..the rooms are immaculate and smell so good. The pool was amazingly clean and the chairs were nice..clean pool towels and really nice atmosphere. I highly recommend staying at Hampton Inn if you want to feel at home. Even the front desk staff were amazing. I look forward to coming back again for another stay. Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond job..I appreciate you all so much.
